THE IMPORTANCE OF USING DICTIONARIES IN DEVELOPING THE TEXT CREATION ABILITY OF LANGUAGE LEARNERS

Resumen
The development of writing competence is one of the primary objectives of foreign language education, as it enables learners to express ideas clearly, logically, and effectively in written form. However, many language learners face difficulties in text creation due to limited vocabulary, inaccurate word choice, and insufficient knowledge of contextual usage. In this regard, dictionaries serve as valuable pedagogical tools that support learners in overcoming lexical challenges and improving the quality of their written production. The present study examines the importance of dictionary use in developing the text creation ability of language learners.
