PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR APPLYING MODERN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

Resumen

This article examines the pedagogical conditions necessary for the effective application of modern information technologies in the educational process. The study emphasizes that the integration of digital tools into education should be considered not only as a technological innovation but primarily as a pedagogically grounded process aimed at improving the quality of teaching and learning. The paper analyzes theoretical approaches of foreign, CIS, and national scholars regarding technology-enhanced learning and highlights the importance of aligning information technologies with instructional goals, content, and teaching methods. Particular attention is paid to such factors as teachers’ professional competence, students’ digital literacy, interactive and student-centered learning strategies, and the creation of a supportive digital educational environment. The research demonstrates that only the systematic implementation of these pedagogical conditions ensures increased learning motivation, individualization of instruction, development of critical thinking, and improvement of educational outcomes. The findings of the study may be used in the development of methodological recommendations for the effective integration of modern information technologies into educational practice.
