##article.abstract##
Oral health is an essential component of overall health and well-being. In Uzbekistan, dental diseases remain highly prevalent and represent a significant public health concern. This study aims to analyze the current state of public dental health, identify key epidemiological trends, and assess systemic challenges in access, prevention, and service delivery. The findings highlight a high burden of dental caries and periodontal diseases, insufficient preventive programs, and disparities in access to dental care. Strengthening public health strategies and integrating oral health into national healthcare priorities are essential for improving population outcomes.
