Providing psychological assistance helps strengthen resilience, improve communication within the family, and enhance coping strategies in difficult life situations. The study emphasizes the role of schools, community centers, and social organizations in offering timely and effective psychological support. Practical recommendations are also provided to improve mental health services for vulnerable groups in society.
