DEVELOPMENT OF VOLITIONAL QUALITIES IN STUDENTS THROUGH THE MEANS OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION

The article analyzes the theoretical and pedagogical foundations for enhancing the effectiveness of future physical education teachers in the learning process. The principles of scientific validity, systematicity, individualization, motivation, and educational orientation are considered as key factors in ensuring teaching effectiveness. The study highlights the importance of using innovative technologies, interactive methods, and digital tools in the professional preparation of teachers. The author substantiates the necessity of ensuring the unity of theory and practice in the educational process, as well as promoting a healthy lifestyle and developing pedagogical competencies among future specialists.
