In the context of building a society with a new mindset in Uzbekistan, the republic's teaching staff has set the goal of forming a harmoniously developed young generation. The transformations taking place in the country and the emergence of various pedagogical theories have significantly expanded the range of socio-cultural tasks of teachers, and in this regard, the paradigm of personality-oriented learning has gained priority. Today, in the multicultural society of Uzbekistan, the responsibility of teachers for the education and upbringing of young people is increasing, which requires teachers to have freedom of choice. The development of its creative functions is particularly important. From these positions, a modern teacher should create conditions for an open educational environment, for students to realize themselves as an equal subject in the educational process, and to understand the importance of the knowledge they receive in their lives and professional activities.
