Abstract

The relevance of the research topic. The rapid development of Internet technologies and the growing number of Internet users determine the specifics of marketing activities for business entities, including higher education institutions. In the context of increasing competition and informatization, it is important to develop the university's marketing activities based on the use of Internet technologies, which can enhance the efficiency of communication processes, promote the university's activities on the Internet, and create a positive image of the university and loyal relationships with educational services market participants.
