TRANSFORMING HIGHER EDUCATION IN UZBEKISTAN: A CRITICAL ANALYSIS OF CONTEMPORARY CHALLENGES AND STRATEGIC DIRECTIONS

The article is devoted to the consideration of the reforms and achieved results in the higher education system in Uzbekistan. In addition, having analyzed the regulatory framework within the issue under consideration, the authors highlight the importance of education in achieving the United Nations (UN) sustainable development goals.
