Abstract

This article examines the impact of digital technologies on human resource development. It highlights the opportunities created by digitalization — such as online training, remote learning, AI-driven assessment systems, and the automation of HR processes — which contribute to increasing organizational efficiency. At the same time, the study discusses the main limitations associated with the implementation of digital technologies, including low digital literacy, insufficient infrastructure, adaptation challenges, and cybersecurity risks.
