Abstract

This article analyzes the mechanisms for the institutional development of economic diplomacy activities under presidential governance. The study highlights key managerial directions such as centralized strategic management, institutional integration, and analytical and project management systems. Through tables and analytical assessments, the paper demonstrates approaches to enhancing the efficiency of economic diplomacy institutions, strengthening international cooperation, attracting investment projects, and expanding export potential. This research contributes to ensuring a more consistent and effective implementation of the country’s foreign economic policy and enhancing its competitiveness in the global economic arena.
