METHODS OF USING MOBILE APPLICATIONS AND PLATFORMS AIMED AT DEVELOPING EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Abstract
This article examines the methods of using mobile applications and digital platforms aimed at developing emotional intelligence among children. The study analyzes the educational potential of modern digital technologies in improving children’s ability to recognize, understand, and regulate emotions, as well as to develop empathy, communication skills, and social competence. The integration of mobile applications into educational processes creates opportunities for interactive learning, personalized development, and emotional awareness training. The article discusses the pedagogical approaches, implementation strategies, and practical methods of using digital tools for emotional intelligence development. The results indicate that properly designed mobile applications and online platforms can become effective educational resources that support children’s emotional and social development.
