The article is devoted to studying the educational and developmental opportunities of visual arts, drawing, collage, and handcraft in preschool educational organizations. It analyzes their role in fostering children’s creativity, aesthetic taste, emotional and social skills, considering Eastern and Western scholars’ approaches. Practical recommendations and national and international experiences are included.
